Every week our system scours roasters who've been open fewer than 24 months in regions that mainstream coffee media ignores — Appalachian hollows, Rust Belt towns, mid-South river cities. If they're under the radar, they're on our radar.
We scrape roaster sites weekly, watching harvest arrivals, single-origin releases, and small-batch roast dates. The moment a limited bag goes live — before the newsletter, before the Instagram post — we know.
We bundle the drop, ship it to you, and tell you the story: the roaster, the region, the farmer, the cup notes. You taste something extraordinary before it sells out or goes viral. That's the whole idea.
